Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a great central location, perfect for exploring the town. While the rooms were a bit noisy due to their position overlooking the courtyard, the friendly staff made the stay welcoming. Cooling down the room took some time after turning off the radiator, and there was an additional €50 deposit required on top of the room rate.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds, but there were loud bangs off the wall all night that slightly disrupted my sleep. The service from the staff was warm and helpful, contributing to an excellent experience, although some aspects could be improved to enhance the service quality. The location was perfect for walking around the town, and the views were amazing, especially in the Cork sunshine. The dining options offered plenty of choices and the rooms were good-sized, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities provided were satisfactory, meeting my basic needs during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless and spacious, perfect for our group of 80 people the second night and 240 for the wedding night. They were clean, comfy, and even had a special sensory space for children with different needs. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so nice and accommodating, making our break away just perfect. The location was fantastic for touring the stunning Cork coast line and accessing nearby attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, especially for our trip to the Jameson distillery nearby. A great stay with great value for money!
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortably spacious and spotless, which was great for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. However, the room wasn't ready until 3 pm, and there was a hint of stale smoke in the air.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms, creating a sensory space for relaxation. However, there is no safe or minibar provided in the rooms. The service encountered during our stay was attentive and accommodating, although there seemed to be a moment of surprise when requesting a tab instead of paying separately. The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions like the Jameson distillery, Cork City, and other scenic spots. The dining experience was delightful with bountiful, high-quality offerings, although some items needed extra heat to maintain warmth. The facilities are well-maintained and present a modern ambiance.
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was very clean and well-appointed. The fresh, modern, and clean decor was lovely, and the rooms were a great size. However, the noise levels from another wedding event were a bit loud on the following night.
The hotel had some mixed aspects, with excellent service and friendly staff, but the rooms were lacking in terms of comfort and noise. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but had some channel issues. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering great food. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were impressively big and spacious with a super comfortable bed, but they tended to get overly warm in the middle of the night. The location was convenient for exploring East Cork and nearby attractions, although lacking some desired TV channels for sports fans. The dining experience offered plenty of food options but could improve on keeping items hot. The service was a bit slow at times, but the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
